Our universal licence is designed for larger organisations. You receive all of:

1. An unlimited user licence for our English Web helpdesk software at unlimited locations within your organisation (other translations are available but not at this special price)
   
   
2. An unlimited user licence for our Desktop helpdesk software at unlimited locations within your organisation
   
   
3. An unlimited user licence for our Mail-in server software at unlimited locations within your organisation
   
   
4. Support included - and upgrades for one year. Further years' support will be charged at just GBP 299 / USD599 / EUR379 per annum (and is optional).
   
   
5. No worries about who is using the software or how many times you have installed it.
   
   
6. That's it, nothing else to buy, you have everything we've got!

Of course, if you only want a single installation or fewer licences, it will be more economic to purchase our normal concurrent user licences

As always, all UK companies and those EUR companies which don't provide a VAT number will pay an additional 17.5% VAT.
