Knowledgebase Items

To see a list of Knowledgebase Items, open the System maintenance folder in the tree view and select Knowledgebase.

This will display a data View listing your existing Knowledgebase Items, you can then:

To create a New Knowledgebase Items

  • File menu, New Knowledgebase Items
  • F4
  • Right click on the data View, select New Knowledgebase Items

This will display the Knowledgebase Window.

To edit an existing Knowledgebase Items

  • File menu, Edit Knowledgebase Items
  • F5
  • Right click on the data View, select Edit Knowledgebase Items

This will display the Knowledgebase Window.

To Delete a Knowledgebase item

  • File menu, Delete Knowledgebase Items
  • F6
  • Right click on the data View, select Delete Knowledgebase Items

NB, this action cannot be undone.
